This guide outlines the steps to configure Windcave for RMS, including enabling MOTO transactions, disabling 2-step authentication, and setting up transaction fees. It also includes important notes for Bendigo Bank customers.

Merchant Account Configuration
Contact the property's Windcave Account Manager to confirm the following configuration on the merchant account:
- MOTO Transactions Allowed.
- Obtain MOTO Rest User ID & Key.
- Disable 2-Step Authentication on the PXPAY Account.
RMS IBE Payments
- Request Style Sheet 7 with FPRN Enabled and Request that the ‘Amount to Charge’ not be displayed.
Guest Portal Payments
- Select Hide Amount on Windcave HPP Customisation.
Disable Results Page
- Ensure ‘Disable Results Page’ is selected in PXPAY settings
⚠ Important: Bendigo Bank Customers The MOTO Rest User ID & Key can be used to disable 3D Secure in RMS. Customers must request an auth/complete process to be enabled on their merchant account with Bendigo Bank to use Windcave in RMS.
Transaction Fee Setup
- Contact the property’s Windcave Account Manager:
- Request activation of Surcharges for PXPAY & EFTPOS.
- Provide Station Number for all connected EFTPOS terminals.
- Setup transaction fees with Windcave.
- In RMS:
- Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Credit Cards
- Complete setup for transaction fees.
⚠ Important: Credit Cards must be setup with the same transaction fee amounts as Windcave, or accounts will become out of balance.
