Information

The RMS Vault can be used to securely store credit card information for guests through online reservations or manual entry.

Users who have not accessed the RMS Vault previously will be required to setup their User login the first time they want to access a Vault Token.

Users who are unsure of their Vault password can use the 'Forgotten Password' option to have a password reset email sent to the email address on the User setup.

User Guide

From the Guest Profile on a Reservation or directly from the guest Profile:  

1. Select the Token icon.
2. Select the Vault Token.
3. Click the Edit icon.

First Time Logging In to the Vault

1. Enter the RMS Username.
2. Enter the RMS Password.
3. Enter a new Vault Password.
4. Re-enter the new Vault Password.
5. Select Create.

This Vault Password will be required each time an RMS Vault token is accessed.
