Steps to reset a forgotten RMS Vault password securely.
Overview
The RMS Vault can be used to securely store credit card information for guests.
If a User has forgotten the RMS Vault password, they can request a password reset email to be sent to the email address on their User setup.

Guide
- On the screen where the Vault password is usually entered, click the link 'Forgot Password?' option.

An email will be sent to the user's email address with a link to reset the password.
The email will be sent from - noreply@rms.com.au
 - Click on the link, and create a new Vault password.
- Then click ‘Reset’.
