Do I need to be a RoomPriceGenie customer to use this?

Yes. Revenue Intelligence is available exclusively to RoomPriceGenie customers whose PMS has integrated the feature.

Will this slow down my PMS?

Can my whole team use Revenue Intelligence?

Yes, anyone on your team who has access to RMS and a RoomPriceGenie account can use Revenue Intelligence, as long as your property is connected to RoomPriceGenie.

The email address of the User logged into RMS must also be included in the setup within RoomPriceGenie.

This keeps everyone aligned on pricing decisions in one place — without extra meetings or back-and-forth messages.

What if I don't see the Revenue Intelligence icon in my PMS?

If you're a RoomPriceGenie customer but don't see the icon, there are a few possible reasons:

• We may still be rolling out Revenue Intelligence, and it hasn't reached your property yet
• Your property may need to be connected to RoomPriceGenie through the RMS
• You may need to refresh your browser or clear the cache
• The email address of the User logged into RMS must also be included in the setup within RoomPriceGenie.

Can I turn off Revenue Intelligence if I don't want to use it?

Yes. While Revenue Intelligence is designed to be helpful and non-intrusive, you can choose not to use it simply by not clicking the icon. It won't interrupt your workflow.

Does Revenue Intelligence work on mobile?
