No Longer want a Payment Schedule Template? Make it Inactive to remove it from use!

Overview

Payment Schedule Templates cannot be deleted, but they can be marked as "Inactive".
When a Payment Schedule is made inactive:

• Any pending payments under that schedule will remain active until fully paid.
• The schedule will no longer be available for new use.

Inactive Payment Schedule Templates can be reactivated at any time.

Guide

In the RMS Side Menu, Search for Payment Schedule Template. 

1. Edit the Payment Schedule you wish to make Inactive.
   
    
2. Toggle the Active (Green) toggle to Inactive (White).
3. Save/Exit 
4. To reactivate, toggle the Active Button to Active (Green).  
   
    
5. To View Inactive Payment Schedule Templates, on the Payment Schedule Template screen, change the View Option to "All".
