How to Add and Reset an Owner's Password for the Owner Portal
Information
The Owner Portal can be used by properties that use Trust or Owner Accounting in RMS
The Owner portal (if configured by the Property Manager) allows property owners to view reservations for their property, book their own areas, view and print their owner statement, and view information about their bookings and personal details.
To access the Owner Portal, a unique Email Address and Password are required.
These Passwords can be reset at any time in RMS 9+ or via the Owner Portal
When a Password is added and saved on an Owner's Profile, the Password field will turn Yellow, indicating that it has been added and cannot be changed.
To change the Password, you can click on the now underlined/hyperlinked text "Online Password" to open the Password Change option.
