Transfer to Guest makes it easier to move prepaid deposits on a cancelled reservation or leftover credits on a departed reservation to the Guest account for use on a future reservation.
Overview
Each Guest Profile includes a unique guest account. The To Guest Account feature allows you to move a payment or charge from the reservation account to the guest’s individual account.

Guide
Open the Account in RMS.
- Select 'Transfer'.
- Choose 'To Guest Account'.
- Select 'Yes' to confirm.
Outcome
The Reservation Account will display this transfer as a Credit Transfer Refund, including the destination account number.
The Guest Account will display the Credit Transfer Receipt with the origin account number.
This credit will remain on the Guest Account until transferred or a corresponding charge is applied.
