Apply a Periodic Charge

Overview

A Periodic Charge is a transaction that can be posted for charges within a specified date range.

Periodic charges cannot be scheduled to apply to an account.

If the Property requires an automatic process of charges applying to Accounts, consider using Repeat Charges.

Guide

Open the required Account in RMS.

  1. Select Charges.
  2. Select Periodic Charge.

  3. Select a Sundry Charge.
  4. Enter the Quantity.
  5. Enter the Amount.
  6. Select the Date Range.
  7. Choose if the amount is for the Total Period (Optional).
  8. Select Apply/Exit.
