Module to sell annual or daily passes providing access to property facilities in RMS.
Overview
The Passes module can be used to issue and sell access passes for property facilities.
Passes can be setup to provide access for a day, a year, or a season with a predefined date range.
The Passes Portal enables the sale and renewal of Passes for the Property when using the Passes Module and using RMS Pay or Windcave as the Payment Gateway.
The Passes Portal can be setup to limit how far in advance a Pass start date can be purchased.
Properties setup with Boomgates can include Boomgate Access for selected Boomgate Zones with a Pass.
The selected Form Letter will be sent as a purchase confirmation.
Pass Fees can be setup Per Person or Per Period using a Sundry Charge with the price entered in each Currency setup for the Property.
Enterprise customers can setup Passes to provide access for one or more Properties.
Daily Passes can be setup with Exclusion Dates that prevent the pass from being sold for a date that falls within an exclusion period.
There is no limit to the number of passes that can be sold.
Passes are assigned to an individual's Guest Profile and not an Area.
Triggered Correspondence can be setup to send an SMS or Email at a predefined time before or after the Pass Expiry.
