The Goki Door Lock module enables integration with Goki Smart Locks at your property.
The Goki Door Lock module can be used to automate guest access with digital keys using the RMS reservation. It also includes the option to allow guests to self-check in using the Goki app and have the reservation status updated automatically in RMS.
Before activating the Goki Door Lock module in RMS, an integration key must be obtained from the Goki portal for the RMS connection.
After activating the RMS connection in Goki and the Goki Door Lock module in RMS, area mapping must be completed in the Goki portal.
Area mapping in the Goki portal links the RMS Area with the Goki Smart Lock to provide digital keys to and from a reservation in RMS.
Once the module is activated and configured in both RMS and Goki, digital keys will be automatically generated for reservations in Goki and can also be manually generated from the reservation using the 'Key' icon.

Pre-Setup Requirement
Before you start the Setup and Configuration within RMS, you will need to have an account with Goki to create an Integration Token from the Goki Portals Marketplace.Â
- In the Goki portal, go to Settings > Marketplace > All Apps and select 'RMS'.
- Select 'Connect' and copy the Integration Token.

Module Activation
In the Side Menu of RMS, Go to the Module Market.
- On the Available Page
- Search for 'Goki'
- Select the 'Activate' Toggle for 'Goki'.
 - Read the Terms & Conditions.
- Select 'Activate Door Locks'
A Service Request will be logged with the RMS Customer Care Team for you when the Goki Door Lock module is activated. The RMS Customer Success team will then contact you/the Property with the Password to unlock the Goki Module.Â
 - Navigate to the 'Activated' tab.
- Select the
'Lock' icon on the Door Locks module.
 - Select the Property to Activate (Optional)Â
- Select the locked 'Configuration' icon for a Property.
 - Enter the Daily Password Provided by the RMS Customer Success Team.Â
 - Enter the Goki Integration Key.

Save/Exit.

Contact Goki to confirm the RMS Connection.
âš Important: Area Mapping in the Goki portal can only be completed after the Goki Door Lock module is configured in RMS and the RMS connection in Goki has been confirmed by Goki - In the Goki portal, go to Portal > Spaces and complete the RMS Area/room Mapping.
- Go to the Module Market in the Side Menu of RMS and go to the 'Activated' page.
- Search for Goki
- Select the Configuration icon for Goki.
 - Select 'Run' to sync all existing Reservations.
All Current and Future Reservations will be synced with Goki. -
Save/Exit.
RMS will now communicate any new reservations or modifications to a reservation to Goki.
Digital Keys can also be manually created on a Reservation and will be automatically generated for any new Reservations in the Goki portal.

How are Keys Sent Out?
Once Goki has received a reservation, Goki will send out the key as per the automated settings in Goki > Autopilot.
Clients can also use the “Goki check-in” option, where guests can self-check in at the property.
- Goki Portal Settings > Marketplace > Goki Check-in
Only reservations in the 'Confirmed' status will be visible to self-check-in.Â
Once a reservation has been checked in via the Goki check-in App, RMS will receive the reservation status update and update it to Arrived.
