Single Sign On (SSO) allows users to access multiple applications using a single login with an Identity Provider.    

Overview 

Using a Federation ID as the SSO Username Type provides flexibility for defining the username attributes to match to the Identity Provider's user directory.

Important! Federation IDs are case-sensitive with the IdP user directory input.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > User Information.

1. Select 'Edit' on an existing User.
   
    
2. Enter the IdP Federation ID.
3. Select 'Save\Exit'.
   Repeat Steps 1-3 for all RMS Users.
