Activation

Have your System Administrator complete the following.

1. Contact HDFC Bank and request Merchant Services.
2. Log a Support Ticket and request activation of the HDFC Payment Gateway in RMS.
   1. Include the Property's HDFC Bank Merchant ID & Transportal ID within the ticket.

Interface

Once Merchant Services have been activated with HDFC Bank, and a Support Ticket has been submitted—including the property's HDFC Bank Merchant ID and Transportal ID, an RMS Customer Service representative will complete the necessary interface setup and provide confirmation to the property.
